The inevitable truth of life

Old age is a phase of life that every living being is destined to overcome. It is an inevitable and natural truth that no one can escape. From the innocence of childhood to the excitement, ego, and struggles of youth, humans are constantly engaged in the race of life. In this confusion and dynamism, they often don’t realize when old age slowly creeps into their lives.

The inevitable truth of life

When a person enters old age, the greatest pain they experience is the loss of respect, power, and importance. Despite a wealth of experience, society often fails to understand their suffering. Gradually, the body’s energy diminishes, desires fade, and the mind moves toward stability, but social neglect hurts them deeply.

The truth is that there is no way to fear or avoid old age. The flow of time is unwavering, and every life is bound by this law. The only solution is to accept it as a reality.  By renouncing worldly desires, attachments, and unnecessary attachments, one can make one’s life more peaceful. In this state, reverence and faith in God bring deep peace to the mind.

Ultimately, death is also an unchangeable law of nature—the final but natural stage of life. It is wise to accept it not with fear, but with ease, patience, and balance. One who accepts both old age and death as inevitable truths of life makes the rest of one’s life more balanced, peaceful, and meaningful.

Thus, old age is not a burden, but a symbol of the fullness of life—where experience, patience, and acceptance lead one to true peace.
